Today’s workout had to be quick, so I did a nifty upper body circuit that took less than 30 mins to complete!
3 rounds of this and you’re done
6xpull ups
15x push ups
10x Db press
8x ab wheel roll out
15x db reverse fly
20x crunches on fit ball
