Today’s work out brought to you by a never-ending headache and an almost tear-fest.
Sometimes things just feel shit. And is made worse by a >week long headache.
But I got through it, and you can too.

10 single leg step ups
5 pull ups
X 4
12 single leg RDL
12 DB press
8 box jumps
X 3
15 Swiss ball leg curls
15 push ups
10 bound jumps
X 3
