A super yummy tofu and chickpea honey soy garlic dish with rice!
Also really easy, 5 steps and you have a delicious meal for you and your friend/partner (or a meal for yourself the next day) in under 15 minutes!!
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/2 block of tofu
1/3 red capsicum
1/3 green cupsicum
4 small mushrooms
1 handful of green beans
3 TBS soy sauce salt reduced
2 TBS honey
2 TSP garlic minced
Rice to serve
1. Chop up all veggies and tofu
2. Heat a large pan
3. Throw in all the food, add garlic and sauces.
4. Cook and stir around so it doesn’t burn.
5. Add to a bowl of rice.
