Made these really tasty snack size banana muffins the other day which I was supposed to share… But I’m a silly duffa who forgot to write down the recipe and now have no idea how I made it.

These are perfect for a pre workout snack to give you a sweet boost of energy and keep your tummy happy. I like to zap them in the microwave for 30secs to make them soft and warm too!

Moral of the story is that when your bananas are going to the dark side, bake them don’t waste them.
