Snack Attack – Sweet Fruit

Snack time!
Underneath the apples and the melted berries (the ones that have the berry syrup pouring everywhere) is a bowl of yoghurt.
I’m a sweet snack person, I like savoury meals, but my snacks have to be sweet!
Fruit is the perfect way to make a healthy sweet snack, instead of the doughnuts I have sitting in my desk drawer… But if you find you are starting to eat a lot of unhealthy snacks, try to pick fruit, or yoghurt, or nuts, or hummus and carrot, or toast. There are so many choices for healthy snacks, you’ve just gotta pick the ones you like!
