25 min HIIT workout


Sometimes, all you have is 30mins to get in a really effective workout. Here’s an idea to get the body burning, heart racing and get to that busy day.

All that’s needed is a timer and a pair of dumbbells or other weight alternative.

Warm up for 5 minutes before hand to prevent injury and get the blood flowing.

Set the timer for 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest 24 rounds.

  • Skater jumps
  • Pushups
  • Tuck jump burpees
  • Db squat to press
  • Squat jump twist*
  • Table top/ reverse plank

*Not jumping as high as you can, just a soft jump and twisting hips around a 1/4 turn.

Remember to cool down for a few minutes at the end.
